4. Terms
of Payment:
★30% of the total amount to be paid in
advance (T/T)。70% to be paid
before delivery (T/T).
5.
Technical Drawings and Installation Instructions: The seller will supply
all the technical information, installation drawings to the buyer within 7
working days after the seller receives the down payment of the goods, the
seller will supply the operating instruction of purchased machines before the
seller makes delivery.
6. Delivery
Time: About 15 working days after receipt the down payment.

Inspection: The buyer can inspect all the machines in seller’s factory
before the seller makes delivery.
8.
Installation and Commissioning: The buyer should well prepare the
foundation work, civil engineering, accessorial material, light, and power
supply in advance. The seller will dispatch one engineer to guide the
installation and commissioning, and train the local worker to operate the
machine.
9.
Charges: When the seller dispatches the engineer to buyer side, the
buyer should bear relative charges (air round- trip tickets, food, accommodation,
visa cost and the salary USD 60/day).
10. Warranty: All machines will be 100% brand
new. The quality, the specification and the performance of the machines will
conform to the offer. The quality guarantee is 12 months. If any part
(excluding easily damaging parts and damage by incorrect operation) is found defective in quality within
warranty, the seller will replace it for free. After warranty, spare parts can
be replaced on favorable payment basis.
11. Remarks: The price above includes all the
motors and foundation bolts.
12. The Validity of the Quotation: The period of
validity for this quotation is one month.
